Fran has been such a pleasure to work with, and he’s really helped me shape SuperF*ckers into something super special.
superf-ckers:

Fran Krause is awesome (and not just because his name sounds like an Indiana Jones villain). He is an amazing animator, a great teacher and best of all, our show runner and director on SuperF*ckers!
Fran got his start in the animation industry in New York City in the early 2000’s - not an easy time to be a youngster in the industry. But thankfully (because he’s that darn awesome) Fran was successful.
So successful that schools like the Pratt institute soon started asking him to teach and Fran’s main gig became teaching. After a while, Fran set his sights on Los Angeles and moved West. Now he teaches at Cal Arts and works on only the coolest of cool animation projects - like SuperF*ckers!
We’re thankful to have Fran on our side as the guy who takes James’s story and comic vision and brings it to life. We have some cool insights about this process that we’ll be sharing with you over the coming weeks, but in the mean time, follow him on Twitter and leave a question for him in our ask box!
