Here’s a drawing I did of james Kochalka a while back. I never posted it on my site, so I thought I would share it on the new site… you know… as a way of keeping the site fresh.

Some more American Elf “fan art”.

I think this is proof of my profound impact on our culture.

I got a mysterious package in the mail… filled with treats from around the world.  Potato chips from France, Japan, and China!  Curry flavored ketchup from Germany!  Mountain Dew flavored Cheetos!  All from a fan of my old comic strip American Elf, who also happens to be a flight attendant.
That’s so cool.

This comic was originally drawn for Kill Screen magazine.  I used my American Elf avatar elf-guy self-portrait dude, of course.  And in the time since this was originally published, my own game has come out:  Glorkian Warrior: The Trials of Glork

floofyslandofwonder:

MoCCA Fest was amazing. I’m so glad I got to meet and hang out with so many wonderful people who share the same ridiculous passion of drawing little pictures in boxes. Here’s a jam comic I did with James Kochalka.

While at MoCCA, on my Glorkian Warrior book tour, I drew an American Elf strip in this young woman’s sketchbook.  (She drew herself.)

#052 RIP Spandy
Journal comics are magical things. You get to know the artist and their life and the people/animals in it so well that when something like this happens, it can hit pretty hard as if it’s happening to you.
Godzuki and Gelyte are pushing around 17 years or so now. I hope they have a few more good years left in ‘em.
