Illegal Rooftop Concert 9.22.2001 in Burlington, VT

Eleven days after 9/11 because we couldn’t let the terrorists win.  People kind of freaked out.  A crowd formed and blocked traffic.  There were cops.  They couldn’t figure out how to access the roof of Red Square.  We made a daring escape.  The whole show lasted maybe ten or fifteen minutes.

A comic strip about the cold snap.  Drawn as a sci-fi space fantasy starring my Glorkian Warrior character.  This ran this week in my local paper, Seven Days.

3 mornings a week at the Integrated Arts Academy the kids run laps around the playground while waiting for school.  12 laps around the playground equals a mile.  They keep a tally of how many miles they’ve run, and get prizes for different milestones.  At the 25 mile mark, they get this cool Johnny Boo t-shirt!
Please click here to go vote for our school… if we get enough votes, the school could win $2500 for the running program.  You can vote once a day, up until Jan. 27.

Here’s the first page of the four page guest-story I did for Cartozia Tales.  It a shared-world fantasy anthology… published right here in Burlington, VT.
There’s only 2 days left to their Kickstarter drive.  They still have a way to go, but they’re getting close.  Will they make it?
