Let’s not forget that 2012 saw not one but TWO brand new James Kochalka Superstar albums.  I Am the Beast and Beautiful Man.

I Am the Beast.  This is my new album… and I think it may surprise you.  It may be a radical departure from my past work, but it’s still got the beastly old swagger that makes you freakshout!
I recorded my vocals in LA last year (in-between pitching the SuperF*ckers TV series to various networks)* and then my friend Neil spent the next year working on fleshing out the music.  But I spent about two years prior to that working on writing the songs… singing them while walking down the street, riding my bike, in the shower and at alcohol parties.
I think you’ll find this new record to be balls-out awesome.  Please help me spread the word that the album exists… tumble it, facebonk it, tweetwat it as much as you can.  And listen to it and download it here.
*(Freakshout was recorded later, over the phone from Vermont to LA.)
